Food is fuel. Start with a number that makes sense.
This gives you a starting point, not a verdict. Put your numbers in, see what a day of enough food looks like, then eat that way for two weeks and watch what your body says. That is how we work on it together too: try, watch, adjust.
Fill in your numbers above to see your daily targets.
Get In TouchDo I have to count macros forever?
No. Counting is a teaching tool. You do it long enough to learn what a day of enough protein and enough food actually looks like for your body, then most women keep the habits and drop the tracking.
What if I have a food allergy or cannot eat gluten?
Then we build around it. I struggle with a food allergy myself and have had to learn to navigate that to reach my goals. Macros, gluten free, Paleo, whichever fits your body is the one we use.
Will eating this much stop me losing weight?
Most women I talk to are undereating all day and then arriving at dinner starving. Enough food, especially protein, is what makes the weight come off steadily and stay off. Slow and steady beats another crash.
